Come out to the Community Hall on Wednesdays at 5:30 pm for a 45-minute class that will get you moving and grooving. Each class will end with an optional 12 minute CIRCL Mobility™ stretch and mobility session.
💲$15 per class or buy a 4 class pass for $55. Payment is accepted by e-transfer or cash at the door. Pre-register to save your spot.
📝Fitness activity waivers will be available for signature in both online and paper formats and are required prior to taking a class.
👟Please bring indoor shoes, water, and energy to dance your stresses away. If you are attending the CIRCL Mobility™ session, please bring a yoga mat.
